This movement started when my son was born. I was pushing 300lbs and didn't even have the stamina to crawl around on the floor with my boy at 3 months old. Something had to change, I had to change, I decided from that day forth to be GREATER than I was the day before.
Day by day you can alter one thing that you did not do the day before. Progress is not about how fast you win the race, it is about completing the course.
No matter how big the mountain is in front of you. If you move 1 rock at a time, it will eventually be out of your way.
I guarantee that all it takes is just making one good decision at a time. Anything from substituting fries with a salad, or deciding to take the stairs.
